Location is superb. The staff was really charming, particularly the person at reception. I also appreciated free coffee access all day long. They arranged airport transport very efficiently, with friendly service I found especially helpful.

I noticed the absence of an on-site restaurant that was disappointing. I wish they had mentioned that the spa was closed for maintainance.
